In the era of prohibition, a band of brave smugglers emerged,their tales sung in the rhythmic verses of corridos. Through tales of love and loss, victory and defeat, they smuggled the forbidden elixir, sharing its essence with all who dared to taste. Inspired by their legacy, our founder took up the mantle, ensuring that tequila was not a privilege but a pleasure for all.
There’s an art to crafting tequila. That’s what we’re good at. Each batch undergoes an artisanal aging process, carefully nurtured in a handpicked selection of barrels. These barrels, each with its own unique history and character, whisper its distinct tale into our tequila’s soul. We don’t rush this process; we let time work its spell, allowing our tequila to mature and flourish with each passing moment. From American and Hungarian oak to Missouri oak and Mexican merlot wine barrels,it’s the symphony of flavors that defines our tequila.
In these seasoned barrels, vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak merge into a symphony of flavor. Our tequila luxuriates, absorbing the barrel’s essence, resulting in a smooth texture and a taste that hits all the right notes.
Within these barrels, our tequila takes on notes of sweet spice, cinnamon, clove, and dried fruit. These nuanced flavors and silky textures add depth, creating a refined spirit that captivates the senses.
Our Symphony barrels blend three wood varieties: Kentucky Oak for smooth vanilla and caramel with a hint of spice, Missouri Oak for toasted oak and caramel, and Minnesota Oak for nutty richness.
Previously used for Merlot, these barrels bring Mexican terroir to our tequila. From Valle de Guadalupe’s vineyards, they infuse our spirit with ripe berries, plum, cherry, vanilla, and spice, creating a tequila as bold as its birthplace.
