REPOSADO
As the rich caramel passes your palate the spice begins to unfold, the elegant finish is a beautiful ballad of sweet and spicy.
AROMA: Maple, nuts, vanilla, caramel, coconut and cooked agave with delicate floral, fruity and spicy notes throughout notes like pineapple, apple, cherry, grapefruit, cinnamon and cardamom.
FLAVOR: Lasting notes of vanilla, caramel, fruits and spices.
FINISH: Silky and full-bodied with an elegant butterscotch finish.
1 oz Tequila Corrido Reposado
1/2 oz agave
1 whole egg white
1/2 oz Oloroso sherry
2 1/2 oz horchata
Mix ingredients, dry shake, add ice, shake again, pour and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Our Reposado balances distinct oaky and smoky flavors with the more familiar agave, citrus and pepper. It's best paired with smoked or cured meats, matching well with the salty or spicy flavors present in the food.
